About the Author
Kanwaljit Kaur has a doctorate in Environment Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She obtained her Master Degree in Environment Science from the same University. She has worked on the World Bank Aided Environment Management Capacity Building Project for the Ministry of Environment and Forests, New Delhi. She also worked as Program Manager for the Indo-American Environmental Leadership Program of United States Educational Foundation in India, where she worked on a project evaluating environmental education curricula in Indian universities. In her present position as Director for Sustainability Networks, she is working on various environmental education and awareness programs.
